About the Practice

LF013a

I specialize

in the representation of international civil servants in pursuing claims against international organizations, including for wrongful dismissal, non-extension, harassment, poor performance appraisal, disciplinary sanctions, and many other types of claims.  I assist the client during the internal appeal process and in appeals before specialized international administrative tribunals including the United Nations Dispute Tribunal, United Nations Appeals Tribunal, and the International Labour Organization Administrative Tribunal.  I represented a staff member involving a wrongful dismissal and defamation resulting in one of the highest awards in ILOAT history:  1.2 million CHF.  Staff Associations seek my expertise on conditions of employment and in negotiations/consultations with management on amendments to staff regulations and rules.
