I represent clients on numerous issues involving the international civil service and appear before specialized international administrative tribunals including the United Nations Dispute Tribunal, United Nations Appeals Tribunal, and the International Labour Organization Administrative Tribunal.
I have contributed to advancing the law in this area in a number of cases decided by the ILOAT involving the CTBTO, IAEA, WHO, UNIDO, EMBL, UN, OPCW and others, for example, involving termination, non-extension, same sex marriages, service-incurred injury claims, and harassment, among other issues.
